Trinity Dental Agency has a designed management structure that is well managed. It reflects the size of our organisation and the volume/complexity of the services that we provide.

The proprietor takes lead in the management role. We have three area managers; they look into work performances, recruitment, staff reviews, and other related matters. We have two staff support managers who are dental nurses; they are responsible for staff, day-to-day matters and queries.

We have five co-ordinators; they take complete responsibility of staff bookings, recruitment, administrative duties and the general day-to-day office duties. We have one contact name for each specialised area of recruitment.

We have one training officer and one training supervisor; they ensure that all our staff are adequately trained, frequently updated, and registered with the GDC.

In the Finance Department
The finance manager takes the leading role with two credit control officers. They manage the general financial matters, i.e. expenditure, profit and loss accounts, company's financial evaluation, wages, invoices and general credit management.
