Our recruitment procedure operates in a systematic order, which allows our standard to be monitored regularly, and it creates opportunities for improvement. We advertise in both the Local/National newspapers, dental journals, via the hospitals, health centres, dental training institutes, on the Internet and through the local job centres
  • References are taken up before the first interview, which involves candidates briefing.
  • The Competency Test: – These tests are taken at the first interview.
  • The competency test relates to areas of speciality and for the position that has been applied for, if the candidate is successful, the second interview will then takes place.
  • We contact the Institutions where the certificates have been obtained to confirm that all documents and certificates are genuine.
  • All staff has a written job description setting out the range and type of tasks to be performed with specified staff code of conduct.
All new staff is given the induction training. This is to ensure that both the office and support staff is sufficiently trained / skilled to deliver a quality service.
It is the Company's policy to equip its staff to a high standard by continuous training.

We ensure staffs remain, properly competent and skilled to carry out their duties, by regular supervision, appraisals and joint review meetings.
  • We monitor staff effectively through feedback and supervision.
  • We draw up quality standards to be met by all staff.
We request for feedback from our clients to monitors our services. We use the information to improve and rectify our services.
